Conceptual design
Our specialists will advise you on the selection of the right products and create the optimal concept for your project.
If required, we manufacture parametric 3D designs and photo-realistic simulations. We deliver all necessary documents.
This includes both true-to-scale construction and execution drawings as well as testable, static calculations for approval procedures.
The design can be adapted to your requirements at any time.
Construction
All of our support structures are made of either aluminum precision profiles or steel as required.
For this we use the latest 3D NC milling and laser technology. The lasers can process pipes up to 400mm in diameter and 8m in length.
All steel constructions are galvanized and powder-coated or painted in the color of your choice.
Production
Thanks to our own, homogeneous production process, we are very flexible and can respond to special requirements or customer requests at any time.
From parametric 3D design to the finished component, we deliver everything from a single source. This guarantees maximum precision and quick, precise assembly on site.
On request, we can provide the systems with a patented anti-graffiti coating. This means that sprayed-on paints or stickers can be easily removed from the constructions even after days without leaving any residue.
